Position Summary: In collaboration with the Director of Admissions and Recruitment, the Enrollment Management Communication Specialist seeks recruitment opportunities supporting college enrollment goals and showcasing all Atlantic Cape programs and campuses.

Duties:
  • Reports to the Director, Admissions and Recruitment
  • Ensures the maintenance of the college’s Ellucian Recruit system, including managing updates, communication plans, and activity reports.
  • Uses CRM and ERP systems to maintain accurate databases, tracks communications, prepare reports and assists with enrollment campaigns
  • Maintains accurate data within CRM Recruit and assists with the continued development of applications, communications, and student tracking
  • Assists in the development and maintenance of the department’s communications calendar to align with the campaigns related to the college and marketing to increase prospective leads, applicants and overall enrollment
  • Collaborates with other departments on campus to streamline communication processes and develop customized communication plans for various organizations and partnerships
  • Develops, implements and assesses recruitment and retention campaigns to increase enrollment and retention of new students
  • Coordinates with the Recruitment Team to identify strategic outreach opportunities focused on Adult learners, non-traditional students, and stop-outs
  • Develops targeted marketing and enrollment materials to use in collaboration with other college departments; manages college information for each partnerships’ materials, websites, etc.
  • Assist applicants through the enrollment process and provides information through various technologies and modalities
  • Works with other departments and faculty to aid in student success and maintains current knowledge of college programs, resources and services
  • Performs related duties as assigned

 

Minimum Requirements:

Education: 

  • Associates’ degree preferred

 

Experience

  • Two to three years of experience in college admissions or Higher Education Administration
  • One or more years of experience in marketing technology
  • Experience working with Ellucian’s Colleague management information system preferred

  • Bilingual in Spanish preferred

 

Terms of Employment: 

  • This position requires that the applicant has a valid New Jersey driver’s license and reliable transportation and is available for flexible scheduling to include evenings, weekends, possible overnight assignments and duties at any Atlantic Cape location.
