Salary: $15 per hour up to 26 hours per week
  • Reports to the Assistant Director, Workforce Development Operations;
  • Provide support for instruction as directed
  • Monitors attendance logs and other required documentation
  • Evaluates student progress
  • Presents a positive attitude to Kids College participants at all times.
  • Assists with program drop-off and pick-up
  • Ensures the safety of Kids College participants.
  • Works with Program Coordinator/Manager on required reports
  • Works with other Atlantic Cape departments to meet program objectives
  • Attends staff meetings as assigned
  • Related duties as assigned
  • Assists instructors during class
Minimum Requirements:
  • Associate’s degree or currently enrolled college student
  • Experience working with youth populations
  • Technology skills to include Microsoft Office
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Strong computer skills
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
