Salary: $14.40 per hour
  • Reports to the Director of Instructional Technology
  • Provides administrative and clerical support to the director and in support of the operation of the Instructional Technology department
  • Provides Blackboard technical support to students and faculty in-person, through email, and through the 1-800 help line
  • Assists the Program Coordinators in the preparation and uploading of Blackboard course content and maintenance of Blackboard course shells
  • Schedules training sessions in 25Live, creates training registration sheets, and processes traininig registrations
  • Assists in the preparation of faculty training sessions
  • Processes tutor request and provides access to Blackboard courses
  • Monitors and orders supplies for Instructional Technology, including repair orders
  • Related duties as assigned
Minimum Requirements:
  • Associate’s degree
  • Technical support experience preferred
  • Demonstrated administrative skills
  • Demonstrated organizational and clerical skills
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with PDF and image files
  • Knowledge of simple Web page development
  • Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines

This position requires scheduling to include evenings and weekends and duties at any Atlantic Cape location.
