All students can benefit from an inclusive environment. The Web Accessibility Initiative (WAI) develops strategies, guidelines, and resources to help make the Web accessible to people with disabilities. Learn how to make content accessible to all students from the beginning to ensure equal access to the learning experience and success. In this session, you will learn the meaning of accessibility, the importance of the Web Accessibility Initiative (WAI), and best practices for creating accessible Microsoft Word documents and PowerPoint presentations for use in your courses.
