CAP Center Desk Clerk (PT)

||Provides support for high volume/ high energy student advising center front desk. Responsibilities include greeting and prescreening all students by using Colleague system; process inquiries, whether in person or by phone; respond to routine questions and refer calls, prepare outgoing mailings, sorts mail, maintain visitor log and generate monthly reports; process student requests and assist with student registration process – change of major, drop add, printing schedules, etc; additional responsibilities include scheduling rooms, processing food requests, processing all work orders and P.O. requests; types all forms of documents including letters, memos and reports in addition to creating monthly reports for director; works with other departments, faculty and staff to assist students; related duties as assigned.
|Minimum Requirements:||HS Diploma/GED. Strong customer service skills and computer literacy.|
