Senior Manager, Compliance

||Reports to the Director, Resource Development and acts as a member in Resource Development and Grants team; oversees submission and collection of internal and external reports to external agencies on student enrollment, academic and continuing education grants and contract tracking and evaluation of programs and other information; serves as administrative officer for Perkins Grant; serves as liaison with the Atlantic Cape finance and administrative departments for grants, interlocal contracts, and awards; attends government agency meetings related to compliance issues; ensures grants compliance; writes and submits grant reports; ensures compliance with WIA regulations including WIA reporting and One Stop regulations; participates in information technology issues run queries in Colleague and uses other database-type software for tracking and report purposes; oversees the maintenance of the Resource development database and reporting from Colleague Advancement; serves as Resource Development liaison to the collegeís MIS Core Team; ensures donor prospecting information is acquired, analyzed, utilized in prospect cultivation and kept confidential; coordinates the gift acknowledgement system to ensure timely and accurate receipting and acknowledgement of contributions and gifts; performs related duties as assigned.
|Minimum Requirements:||Bachelorís degree. Strong technology skills to include Microsoft Office products with emphasis on excel and access. Experience working with Ellucianís Colleague management information system, Intrinsic Informer preferred. Strong report writing skills. Demonstrated business management skills. Ability to use the Internet for business.|
