Assistant Director, TAACCCT Northeast Resiliency Grant

Duties: Reports to the Director of Workforce Development; serves as Capitalís grant liaison to the consortium of colleges participating in the TAACCCT grant funded by the U.S. DOL; supervises staff members assigned to the TAACCCT project; facilitates and coordinates the development of curriculum required by the grant and works with faculty, employers and others to align the curriculum with industry standards and credentials; oversees and coordinates the implementation of advanced technological strategies identified in the grant and related professional development; works with faculty to develop on-line and on- site certificates and Associate degrees fully articulated with four year degrees at colleges and universities in the northeast; supervises the development of internships and clinical experience as required for new program development assess outcomes working with the Institutional Research Office; prepares required reports; supervises the job placement for grant program graduates; maintains all required data, records, sign in sheets and documentation for grant compliance; uses and supervises the use of the collegeís management information system for data entry and other systems implement by the grant project; maintains the grant budget and provides recommendations to the director on use of funds; schedules and organizes meetings and events required for consortium members, employers and Atlantic Cape staff related to the grant project; attends all required staff meetings and consortium meetings related to the grant project; works with Senior Manager of Grant Compliance and Senior Manager of Grant Accounting on required reports; works with other Atlantic Cape departments as assigned to meet program objectives; performs other duties as
Minimum Requirements:Bachelorís degree. Credentialed, NJ Paramedic with minimum of 5 years field experience. Experience as an instructor in the EMT or Paramedic field. High level of management and organizational skills. Working knowledge of current Microsoft Office products. Strong written and verbal communications skills.
 Note: This position requires flexible scheduling to include evenings and weekends and duties at any Atlantic Cape location.
