Salary: $50 per hour

Reports to the Director, Workforce Development; provides instruction as directed and uses effective teaching methods; measures student learning outcomes and progress; establishes academic goals and objectives for student success; monitors attendance logs and other required documentation; evaluates student progress; works with Program Coordinator/Manager on required reports; works with other Atlantic Cape departments to meet program objectives; attends staff meetings as assigned, related duties as assigned.

*Ability to teach: Communications, Basic Supervision, Team Building, Customer Service, Conflict Resolution/Problem Solving, Coaching, Handling Negativity in the Workplace, Managing Employee Performance, Interviewing and Resume Writing Skills.

Minimum Requirements:Bachelor’s Degree; 3-5 years’ experience teaching subject area; 3-5 years’ experience teaching adults; current certification for subject area if applicable; strong oral and written communication skills; strong computer skills; technology skills to include Microsoft Office.
Note: This position requires flexible scheduling to include evenings and weekends and duties at any Atlantic Cape location or location in Atlantic or Cape May Counties.
