Salary: $35 per hour

Reports to the Director, Workforce Development; provides instruction as directed and uses effective teaching methods; measures student learning outcomes and progress; establishes academic goals and objectives for student success; monitors attendance logs and other required documentation; evaluates student progress; works with Program Coordinator/Manager on required reports; works with other Atlantic Cape departments to meet program objectives; attends staff meetings as assigned, related duties as assigned.

Ability to teach: Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint, Outlook, Introduction to Computers, Using the Internet.

Minimum Requirements:Bachelor’s Degree; 3-5 years’ experience teaching subject area; 3-5 years’ experience teaching adults; current certification for subject area if applicable; strong oral and written communication skills; strong computer skills; technology skills to include Microsoft Office.
This position requires flexible scheduling to include evenings and weekends and duties at any Atlantic Cape location or location in Atlantic or Cape May Counties.
