Salary: $10 per hour
  • Provides administrative support to the dean and faculty to include copying, shredding, maintaining mailboxes, filing, taking messages, and orienting new faculty to support services
  • Serves as receptionist
  • Reports faculty absences and posts class cancellations
  • Processes work orders
  • Maintains copier and issues back charges to departments for copier use
  • Prepares purchase requisitions
  • Orders office supplies and stocks classrooms with supplies
  • Supports administrator and management with building orientations & staff meetings
  • Maintains campus directories and informational postings
  • Provides support for conference, meeting services and events, including classroom assignments
  • Performs related duties as assigned
Minimum Requirements:


  • High school diploma or GED
  • Associate's degree preferred
  • Three years office experience
  • Computer literacy to include keyboarding, e-mail, Internet, and Microsoft Office products
  • Strong communication, customer service and organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task

This position requires flexible scheduling to include day, evening and weekend hours at any Atlantic Cape location.
