PT Admissions Assistant, Atlantic City Campus

Salary: $10.00 per hour
Duties: Reports to the Director of Admissions. Provides clerical support for the Admissions Office; guides potential students through the admissions process; provides excellent customer service to prospective and current students; greets and assists students and visitors in person, via email, or on the phone; processes applications for admission through the use of Ellucian Colleague; reviews and processes tuition chargeback requests; receives and distributes daily incoming mail; supports recruitment initiatives, as needed; assists students with online accounts (i.e. WebAdvisor, Buccaneer E-mail, Blackboard, etc.); processes incoming high school and college transcripts; utilizes ImageNow system to scan and link admissions-related documents; other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements:High school diploma. Experience in a higher education setting preferred. Strong computer literacy, proficiency in Microsoft Office products, knowledge of Ellucian Colleague a plus. Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills required.

This position requires flexible scheduling to include some evenings and weekend duties at any Atlantic Cape location.
