Duties: Reports to the Director, CMCC Student Services and Campus Management;  provides administrative support to faculty and campus management to include answering phones, taking messages, copies, mailboxes, and ordering supplies; reports faculty absences and posts class cancellations;  monitors, reserves, and reassigns CMCC classroom and meeting space for credit, continuing education courses, internal and external clients in collaboration with appropriate offices; prepares schedule in collaboration with Academic Affairs for the upcoming semester's credit and non-credit classes; prepares Purchase Requisitions; conducts campus tours; prepares Information packets for faculty and adjuncts; prepares flyers for events/programs; performs other duties as needed.
Minimum Requirements:

High School diploma/GED required. Associate's Degree preferred.

Two years of employment experience in an administrative or office assistant role. Strong computer literacy to include Microsoft Office products. Strong communication and customer service skills. Access to reliable transportation.

This position may require flexible scheduling to include evenings and weekends at any Atlantic Cape location.
