PT College Readiness Now Grant-Funded Assistant

Salary: $12 per hour

Reports to the Dean of STEM Programs; assists the Dean in wide variety of activities to provide outreach and clerical support for the College Readiness Now (CRN) IV grant. Specifically, assistant will conduct high school and student outreach; organize high school student recruitment; order supplies and manage student course codes; administer payroll for Faculty and Supplemental Tutors; monitor registration activities; and perform wide range of additional administrative duties such as producing certificates and class lists. Develops and maintains efficient record-keeping and filing systems and processes requisitions, purchase orders, and expense vouchers; prepares reports and memos; other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

High school diploma or GED. Associate’s degree preferred. Experience working in an education/administration setting; grant administration experience preferred. Computer literacy to include Microsoft Office and Google products. Knowledge of Ellucian Colleague a plus. Strong administrative, organizational, and communication skills required. Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.

This position requires occasional flexible scheduling to include evenings and weekends and duties at any Atlantic Cape location.
