PT Enrollment Services Assistant

  • Reports to the Registrar
  • Assists students with online access including Web Advisor, Self-Service and student email accounts
  • Assists students at the counter with registration including adding, dropping and withdrawing from classes
  • Processes online, mail and fax registrations
  • Ensures support documentation for transactions received and filed
  • Processes refund requests
  • Processes student enrollment verifications
  • Processes chargeback acceptance letters
  • Inputs grades/grade changes
  • Processes transcript requests
  • Mails printed transcripts
  • Works with other departments and faculty to assist students
  • Other duties as assigned
Minimum Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Computer literacy.
