Reports to the Assistant Director, Health, Safety and Compliance/College Nurse; provides general information about Health Services to faculty, staff and students; provides medical assistance for non-life threatening and emergency care for faculty, staff, students and visitors within limits of scope of practice/ license, certification; assists Assistant Director/College Nurse in the preparation of plan document revisions, training materials, audit summaries, mandated surveys, inventories and reports; coordinates the production and distribution of training materials, health advisories and print resources for faculty, staff and students; ensures accuracy and timeliness of all office materials, reviewing materials prior to distribution; maintains department calendar; schedules training with internal and external departments and produce training schedule; maintains data base, confidential records filing system; supports special events; performs clerical duties such as data entry, filing, telephone answering, copying, faxing, processing of work orders, office receptionist; performs related duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:High School Diploma or GED equivalent .with First Aid and CPR certification required. Valid New Jersey RN/LPN license or Emergency Medical Technician with CPR for Healthcare Providers (includes AED) certification preferred. Strong customer service and communication skills. Sensitivity to the needs of a diverse college community and ability to handle confidential information. Strong computer literacy skills including Microsoft Office products. Must be able to demonstrate strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
