Reports to the Director, Human Resources
Answers the college switchboard directing callers to the appropriate department(s)
Greets customers/visitors in Human Resources
Performs basic typing tasks in Word and/or Excel
Assists with job postings and responds to applicants as needed
Assists with filing as needed
Performs related duties as assigned
Minimum Requirements:
High school diploma or GED
Excellent customer service skills
Demonstrated ability to work with confidential information
Knowledge of Microsoft Office products preferred
