PT Bursar's Office Clerk, Mays Landing Campus

Salary: $12 per hour
Duties:
  • Reports to the Assistant Bursar
  • Receives funds and prepares receipts
  • Handles student billing mailings
  • Handles students loan checks
  • Processes bookstore accounts for loans and sponsors, etc.
  • Assist with processing of student loan refunds
  • Performs routine duties in accordance with established procedures
  • Maintains files or correspondence, forms, reports and other materials
  • Enters postings to the appropriate records
  • Related duties as assigned
Minimum Requirements:
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Knowledge of office and bookkeeping procedures
  • Computer Literacy to include spreadsheets
  • Ability to work independently
  • Cashiering experience preferred

This position will remain posted until filled.

This position requires flexible scheduling to include evenings and weekends and duties at any Atlantic Cape campus, particularly during registration and other peak periods.
