PT Security Officer

Salary: $10 per hour
Duties: Reports to the Director of Security and Public Safety; performs main and satellite campus duties in cooperation with on-site management; performs functions related to securing college property; conducts periodic patrols of all buildings and grounds; uses a watch tour system to verify a check of each station; reports all unusual conditions; monitors and operates all alarm systems; monitors Building Management System and Building Surveillance System; insures that buildings and overall facilities are adequately secured; investigates motor vehicle accidents within the limits of the college campus; provides emergency first-aid in the absence of the College Nurse; investigates various campus incidents and files complete written reports; participates in first-aid and CPR training; provides basic customer relations services; meets, greets and directs students and campus visitors; performs related duties as assigned.    
Minimum Requirements:High school diploma or GED. Certified in CPR & First Aid. Must have a telephone, reliable transportation and a valid N.J. driver’s license. Must not possess criminal record.
