The William Spangler Library subscribes to over 300 periodicals in paper and microform. Periodicals do not circulate but may be photocopied. Nursing periodicals and journals are located in the Allied Health Room. The current 5 years of these titles are available in print:

Our holdings are not limited to the titles listed or limited to the current five years. Back issues of these and other titles may also be available in print, or in microfilm or microfiche. Check the Periodical List for other holdings. Titles not available in our holdings may be obtained through interlibrary loan.

To find an article on a specific topic, use an index, such as the Cumulative Index to Nursing and Allied Health Literature. This is available in print (up until 1994) and also available online through EBSCOhost. After finding the citation for an article, if the article is not available in full-text online, check the Periodical List to see if that publication is in our holdings.
