Atlantic Cape Community College Online Help

Access to Fall 2011 courses does not begin until Monday, August 29, 2011.

If you are experiencing technical difficulty in accessing your online course please contact Atlantic Cape's Online Help either by email at onlinehelp@atlantic.edu or by phone at 1-800-617-2191. Please be sure to provide us with your full name, the course you are trying to access, your student identification number and the exact problem you are having.

Incorrect user name/password

Your user name to access Blackboard is your 7-digit Colleague ID number. If you do not know your Colleague ID number, you can obtain this information in WebAdvisor by accessing "My Profile" under the "Students" section. If you experience difficulty accessing WebAdvisor, please contact Enrollment Services by email at register@atlantic.edu or by phone at 609-343-5662. If you are taking an ONLINE class, you should have received an email at your buccaneer.atlantic.edu email address that contains your Colleague ID number. Please include all 7 digits of your Colleague ID number, including all zeros (ie. 0003456).

Your password to access Blackboard is your 6-digit date of birth, with no slashes (ie. 102070). Please be sure to type only the last two digits of the year you were born!!!

Blackboard CE 8

Blackboard CE 8 is the course management system used for our online courses at Atlantic Cape.

You will need to use one of the below recommended Web browsers in order to successfully navigate Blackboard CE 8:

You will need to disable your pop-up blocker in your Web browser.

You will need to make sure that you are using a current version of Java. Please go to http://java.com and click "Do I have Java?" to check and update your Java.
