This GIS Day event was held on Wednesday, November 17, 2009. The agenda included speakers, exhibits, activities, and geocaching. Speakers were from these organizations: Medford Township Police Department, US Census Bureau – Philadelphia, ESRI – Philadelphia, and NJIT. This year was the first time students could geocache –navigate using a Garmin handheld to find hidden treasures outdoors.
