Otto Hernandez

Associate Dean, Aviation, Technology Studies Institute and GIS Programs Otto Hernandez

Otto is responsible for the Instructional Technology Department, the Information Systems and Aviation Studies Department, as well as GIS and other Technology Studies.

Otto has a BA  in Romance Languages from Rutgers University, Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from St Joseph’s University, and is currently a candidate for his PhD in Organizational Management from Capella University.
