Who to Call for What

Academic Computing & Distance Education

If you have any kind of technical problems, call the Help Line at ext. 5555. There, one of the staff will route your call to an appropriate technical support person.

If you need software installed in the computer labs for specific use in your curriculum, or you have any problems with the software in the labs, call ext. 5555. From there, your request will be routed accordingly. Please make your lab software request the semester prior to when you wish to use it. This will ensure that the software is loaded and tested in plenty of time for the new semester.

If you have an idea for a special instructional technology project - a multimedia CD, a course web site, a video - call Maryann Carol at 609-343-4970 for an appointment to discuss your ideas.

If you would like to have a tutor available for your students, whether to help with course content, or for brushing up on Math or Reading/Writing skills, contact Patrice Leatherberry at extension 609-343-5631. Tutors are also available for online courses as well.

If you require bibliographic instruction in the use of library and Internet resources, which is available for all ACCC students, call 609-343-4951. Visit the Library Web site for more information.

Please contact Grant Wilinski with any comments or suggestions you might have regarding our service to faculty, staff and students.
