To apply for a Professional Series certificate of achievement, complete the degree audit application online through WebAdvisor. Log in to your WebAdvisor account, click on “Students” then “Application for graduation.” Complete the online form, submit and make the $30 payment to complete the process.
After receiving your audit application with payment, the Enrollment Services staff will complete the audit.
If you have met all of the requirements for the Professional Series, you will be certified and you will be mailed a certificate of achievement along with a cover. If you have any questions, please contact Enrollment Services, 609-343-5645, 609-463-4774, ext. 5645, or

The Office Systems Technology program is designed to meet the demand for qualified administrative office professionals to enter, advance or re-enter the workforce in corporations, educational institutions, hospitals and medical offices, governmental agencies, businesses, as well as virtual environments.
This program is offered on a full- or part-time basis, with classes available online and in person. An Associate in Applied Science in Office Systems Technology, as well as specialist programs providing certificates are available.
The coursework includes keyboarding, word processing, computer technology and applications, multimedia and publishing applications, administrative management, records and information management, effective communications and human relations.

Computing for Small Business Option
Designed for a person who is or wishes to be an owner/operator in a small business setting who wishes to expand his skills in the use of computer applications, management principles, and accounting fundamentals. The program will provide preparation for the student in using information technology for problem solving, information retrieval, marketing, billing and other business functions.
