Need your WebAdvisor login and password

  • Your login is your full name including middle initial, for example, Thomas E. Brown would have a WebAdvisor id of thomasebrown.
  • Your password is the last six digits of your social security number.

If you are not able to login using that combination, choose “I’m New to WebAdvisor” at the bottom right hand side of the "Main Menu" page, and follow the steps to get your id and password. You will be asked to choose an email address from those we have on file for you. If you have an email address, a temporary password will be sent there. The email will have a sender of datatel, not Atlantic Cape, If you have not received your temporary password within a few minutes of the request, check your spam filter for a datatel email.

Need to get or reset a password

Your initial password was the last 6 digits of your social security number. When you first signed on you were prompted to change this to a password that you could remember. You should have created a password with that was between six and nine characters with at least one number.

If you are not able to access your account using this password, request a reset by choosing the "What's My Password" link at the bottom right hand side of the "Main Menu" page of the WebAdvisor site. You will be asked to choose an email address from those we have on file for you. You should be using your atlantic.edu email address. If you have an email address, a temporary password will be sent there. The email will have a sender of datatel, not Atlantic Cape.

If you have not received your temporary password within a few minutes of the request, check your spam filter for a datatel email. When you return to login, the system will tell you that your password has expired - use the temporary password as the "old" password and create your own new password. Atlantic Cape does not keep a record of your password, if you lose or forget it, you will have to again follow the reset process.
