Solar Energy Technology Option, Technical Studies
Associate in Applied Science
This program is comprised of an overview of the renewable energy industry and provides students with a foundation in green building design and resources. Students will receive an in-depth background in the design and construction of green, high performance buildings. The most up-to-date and future building systems technologies and materials will be explored. The program includes an externship working in an entry-level capacity in a local photovoltaic installation company.
This option is open exclusively to students who have completed Atlantic Cape Continuing Education’s Solar Professional Certification Program.
