Hot Food Specialization Professional Series

The Hot Food Specialization Series is designed for students who would like to upgrade their skills or concentrate on the fundamentals of advanced hot food preparation.

The series can be completed in less than two semesters. Accrued credits can be applied toward an A.A.S. degree in Culinary Arts.

A grade of "C" or better is required to receive a letter of recognition or to transfer credits.
