Men's Baseball
Atlantic Cape will be joining the NJCAA and Region 19 for baseball in the Spring of 2011. Interested student-athletes should contact Mike Rennick at 609-343-5043 for more information.
Head Coach Rodney Velardi
Rodney Velardi was named Head Coach in May, 2010. Prior to joining Atlantic Cape, Coach Velardi was the Head Coach for Egg Harbor Township High School from 2000-2005. He previously coached at Elizabeth HS , Toms River Sooth HS and Ocean County College.
As a player, Coach Velardi played at Butler University and Toms River South HS. At Toms River South, he was a two-time All-State selection, and was also named by the USA Today as one of the nation's top baseball prospects.
Coach Velardi has a BS Secondary Education from Butler University, an MS, Educational Leadership from Seton Hall University, and is pursuing a Doctoral Degree from Walden University.
Buccaneer home games will be played at the Jerome Avenue Park in Margate, NJ.
