Head Coach Sean Thomas

As the Assistant Softball Coach in 2013, Sean helped Atlantic Cape to our most wins in school history (11), longest winning streak in school history (4), and coached one NJCAA academic All American player.

Since 2009, Sean has also been the Head Coach of the Hammonton Tigers Girls Fast-Pitch organization.  The Tigers have been a three time national qualifier, two-time NJ top 10 age bracket finisher. From 2000 to 2005, Sean was the Assistant Head Coach and Pitching Coach with Indian Mills Mystics Girls Fast-pitch organization.

Professionally, Sean retired after a 25 year NJ Law Enforcement career as the Director of Corrections in Atlantic County, NJ. He is a graduate of Fairleigh Dickinson University, and holds a Masters degree in Administrative Science and a BA in Public Administration. Sean is also a graduate of the NJ Certified Public Manager and West Point Command and Leadership programs.  He is currently employed as an Adjunct Professor of Criminal Justice at Atlantic Cape Community College.

Academics, total team concepts, attention to detail, and applying lessons to serve a lifetime through athletics in Sean's coaching philosophy.

Sean resides in Hammonton, NJ with wife Liz and three daughters, Kelsey, Ali and Sean Elizabeth.

Home games are played on campus in Mays Landing.  The field is behind E Building.
