  • Need help with existing Blackboard courses? All faculty are assigned an instructional technologist who will provide support in their use of Blackboard. Your instructional technologist will set up your Blackboard account and create your courses prior to each semester based on information that you provide in your Blackboard Course Shell Request Form.  Instructional technologists are accessible via email, phone, or by setting up one-on-one appointments. It is recommended to consult with our Instructional Technology staff as we are experts in producing the most effective courses possible, and can provide beneficial insight in course design, organization, and functionality.
