The Board of Trustees of Atlantic Cape Community College recognizes and grants retirement benefits for its employees in accordance with the State of New Jersey Division of Pension regulations.
The policy allows for an Office of Retired Employee Advocate and it will be manned on a part-time basis by retired personnel on a volunteer basis. The advocate will keep retirees posted as to social, educational and cultural events at the college. It will also work toward soliciting donations from retirees for scholarships, etc.
