Atlantic Cape Text Alerts keep you instantly updated with essential information such as weather related closings and other up-to-the-minute bulletins. Sign up via the link below, indicating if you are a student, faculty, staff or community member to receive alerts from Atlantic Cape Community College.

 Atlantic Cape Text Alerts is an opt-in, permission-based program. You can opt-out at any time by replying "STOP" to an email message. If you decide you want to re-enroll, you can either revisit this page and sign up or you can reply "CAPE" to the original text string. 

Your contact information and message preferences are kept private, as Atlantic Cape and our service provider will never sell your information to outside parties.

Please note, Atlantic Cape is not responsible for text messages that are delayed or not delivered for reasons beyond our control. We also post emergency alerts on the homepage of the website, on most of our social media platforms and via email. 

SMS Terms of Service

Program: Atlantic Cape Community College Admissions and Center for Student Success Text Messaging

  1. Atlantic Cape Community College Admissions Office and the Center for Student Success will provide notifications regarding your application, academic status, and available resources to assist you throughout your education.
  2. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to the short code. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
  3. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword “HELP” for more assistance, or you can get help directly by emailing, admissions@atlanticcape.edu or by calling toll-free,  (833) 956-8827.
  4. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages
  5. As always, messages and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency may vary. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provided.
