Coping with stress and anxiety during this time could take an emotional toll on you. It is important to know that there are ways to reduce stress and anxiety:

  • Focus on things that you can control
  • Stay connected with family and friends by using video chats, FaceTime and/or social media outlets
  • Take care of your body by finding ways to exercise, maintain a regular sleep schedule or get out and take a walk

In-person therapy at Atlantic Cape

At Atlantic Cape, we are here to help our students get the mental health assistance they need. Current students may meet with a counselor to develop a mental health treatment plan in a one-on-one confidential setting. This is a free service provided to currently enrolled students.

Getting the help you need is quick and simple:

  • Schedule a meeting with an Atlantic Cape counselor to discuss your mental health needs by calling (609) 343-5091
