Feel the Energy and Excitement of Atlantic Cape Buccaneers Athletics
When you don an Atlantic Cape Community College Buccaneers uniform you not only represent the College, but you become a living piece of our athletics program's illustrious and storied history. Today's student-athletes are blazing their own trail of excellence and creating new moments of Buccaneers greatness.
As a Buccaneer you will enjoy the camaraderie and positive team spirit as you compete against other Region 19 schools throughout the state and beyond. Atlantic Cape is part of the Garden State Athletic Conference (GSAC), which consists of 16 New Jersey-based junior colleges as part of the National Junior College Athletic Association's Region 19.
Here at Atlantic Cape we offer 10 athletics programs during the Fall and Spring semesters:
- Baseball plays our national past-time on our new, state-of-the-art field located on our Mays Landing campus.
- Archery competes in USA Archery's Collegiate Division and in its history boasts over 50 collegiate All-American Archers, seven individual collegiate National Champions, two individual collegiate World Champions and nine team National Championships.
- Men's and women's basketball are exciting, up and coming, perennial contenders in the GSAC and Region 19.
- Men's and women's volleyball play their fast, fun and furious style in our Jonathan Pitney Gymnasium.
- Men's and women's soccer play their games on our Mays Landing campus soccer field.
- Women's cross country debuted in 2025 and is based out of our Cape May County campus.
