Use of the latest versions of supported browsers (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari) with pop-up blockers disabled. Enable cookies and JavaScript to ensure full functionality in Blackboard Learn.
A stable Internet connection is essential for accessing course materials, submitting assignments and participating in virtual sessions. Free Wi-Fi is available to students at all three Atlantic Cape campuses.
If you are taking an online or remote course, you will be required to use online proctoring through Honorlock for testing.
To complete an online exam using Honorlock, students must have a functioning webcam and microphone and meet the minimum technical requirements, including using the Google Chrome browser with the Honorlock Chrome Extension.

Blackboard Learn provides a free Browser Checker to make sure your computer is compatible with the college's software.
You can bring your classes with you on your phone. Blackboard has an app in the App Store and on Google Play.
